SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY

Social Security Disability (SSD) benefits are cash payments made to you if you are verifiably disabled, have a work history, and have paid Social Security taxes to acquire sufficient quarters of coverage.
Generally, SSD Insurance benefits are available if you:

-
Are not currently working in any capacity,

-
Have a work history showing you have earned substantial wages and paid Social Security taxes to acquire sufficient quarters of coverage, and

-
Can show that your medically determined conditions and resulting functional limitations (physical or mental) prevent you from working your former job or a similar job with another employer, or that those limitations prevent you from performing other jobs that exist in significant numbers in the national economy.

These requirements seem simple, but Social Security regulations are not. We help you walk through the maze required to be successful in getting SSDI benefits awarded to you.

What we do for you:

-
We meet with you and hear you out, asking questions along the way.
-
We become experts on you and your situation.

-
We analyze the medical and vocational information for use in making the strongest case for you to receive the maximum benefits.

-
We tell you what medical and work documents we need and help you get them, using them to fill out the pile of paperwork required for such cases.

-
Most importantly, when everything is assembled, we complete all necessary forms and questionnaires to file your claim, without creating costly and messy mistakes that need to be fixed later.

-
We take you, step-by-step, through the filing and pursuing your claim, including preparation for Consultative Examinations, communications with SSA, and filing correct and timely appeals.

-
Along the way, we keep apprised of your medical conditions and your doctor’s view of those conditions.

-
We explore with you any relevant physical and mental conditions that could help establish your claim and advise you as to obtaining this evidence to prove your disability.

-
If your claim is scheduled for an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) hearing, we schedule your hearing before the Administrative Law Judge, fully prepare any relevant medical or vocational evidence, and complete your evidence file with ALJ. We fully prepare you to testify, including what you can expect about the conduct of the hearing, the ALJ, and answer other questions you may have. You are not alone in this.

-
We attend the hearing with you and shepherd your case through approval.

-
We make sure cash awards are enforced and paid out to you.

-
We see the case through, from beginning to end, keeping you informed all along the way (with copies of all documents for your files).

-
We have been very successful at having claims awarded for the maximum benefits, but we will stand with you through appeal, and sue for cash benefits before the US District Court if necessary.
