Ms. Aghai is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives (NOSSCR) and serves as a volunteer attorney with Bet Tzedek Legal Services and Cancer Legal Resource Center.  She also serves on the Executive Committee of the Small Firm and Sole Practitioner Section and the Membership Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.  She is known for her vast knowledge of the medical issues leading to disability, ERISA and SSA disability law, and her willingness to delve into the most difficult claims.  Ms. Aghai is frequently the last resort for disabled individuals with the most complicated and adverse medical and vocational profiles, with a remarkable record of success in resolving such claim.

Ms. Aghai holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA, a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, and a MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
