ROYA MILDER

Roya Milder is an established appellate attorney and is of counsel to The Law Offices of Sima G. Aghai. Ms. Milder earned her stellar reputation as appointed counsel for the Appellate Division of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, handling hundreds of appeals for indigent defendants since 2011 as well as her legal and appellate work for the Aghai firm.

Ms. Milder earned a Juris Doctor degree in 1995 from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA. She has, since 2007, served as an attorney in a broad-based legal practice offering highly skilled and experienced general counsel and transactional legal services to wireless communications and professional services clients. Through this work, she has gained extensive experience in contract negotiation, formation management, risk and obligation assessment, and strategic corporate legal guidance.

Prior to that, Ms. Aghai served as in-house counsel for Wireless Facilities, Inc., negotiating and drafting agreements, and as a project manager for the development of wireless networks in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles. She also spent three years working with the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office as a deputy public defender.

Her encyclopedic knowledge of negotiation and the appeal process is proving to be a great advantage to the Aghai firm, assuring even more clients win their cases and gain the disability benefits they deserve.
